The time shares are more affordable as you pay a couple of thousand for a couple of weeks and this contract lasts until you sell it to someone else.

A timeshare works in that you pay a fee upfront and this fee gives you two weeks out of every year until you sell your timeshare. The amount of weeks you pay for is very important. The point is for condos in Vegas a time share can be a more affordable way to take a vacation than purchasing a condo for $150,000 to half a million. The other benefit is that the condo will be furnished by the company because there are so many others using the time share condo through the year.
